The consortium of Reproductive Health Associations (CORHA)
is a member driven umbrella organization of NGOs committed to the provision of comprehensive, integrated and sustainable RH information and services in Ethiopia. It was established in 1995 and its membership has grown to over one hundred organizations in the course of the last two decades. Its ultimate goal is improving the overall health status and quality of life for all Ethiopian people, thereby contributing to national development. Currently CORHA is implementing USAID supported a three year project entitled “Enhancing the capacity of HGOs for Quality FP/MCH services.”

As part of this project, CORHA would like to invite  interested, competent and eligible consultants to apply for the consultancy service  to develop Resource Mobilization Strategy for CORHA and Membership profile. Interested consultants can submit their technical and financial proposals separately for Resource mobilization strategy development and preparing members profile. Consultants can apply for both or one of the assignments mentioned above. For detailed information, the bidders can collect the TOR for each of the assignments from CORHA office or download from CORHA’s website www.corhaethiopia.org 

Expected Results (Deliverables)

The consultancy firm /consultant is expected to produce the following deliverables:

  • Detailed work plan showing the assignment’s important activities and milestones
  • Draft copy of the Resource mobilization strategy and /or membership profile to be submitted for feedback and validation
  • Final copy of the documents incorporating comments from CORHA
  • Report that show the over all process of the resource mobilization strategy development and /or membership profile preparation

Required qualifications and skills

A minimum of master’s Degree in Business Management, Financial Management and Development studies, Project management, organizational development

The consultant should also meet the following experiences and skills;

  • Experienced in developing similar documents preferably for CSOs
  • Experience in working  with development partners and non-profit development organizations
  • Knowledge and experience in Resource mobilization and /or membership development
  • Legally registered firm with a renewed license for the service with VAT and TIN Registration certificate
