Edomias International is a human resource management organization working  since 2005 focusing on manpower management and recruitment service. Currently we are working with 45 clients and with more than 1300 employees working at the client’s site.

We are inviting interested and qualified Ethiopian citizens to apply for the position of Human Resources and property Administration manager:

Overview of the position:

 The HR and property Administration  Manager is a member of the management Team and responsible for HR support for all our clinets whom we are working with; implements HR policies, design new incentive schemes to retain and   attrac employees; carries out personnel  administration; provide HR advice to management; manage and oversee the administration of properties, motor pool and store.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource administration:

  • Develop Human Resource strategy: 
  • Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of personnel data for all staff;
  • Responsible for the well being of staff; makes sures that appropriate insurance has been procured
  • Responsible for the recruitment, job descripioHR  preparation, salary survey and developing HR policy
  • Responsible for the periodic performance review of employee
  • Handle disciplinary issues

Property administration

  • Insure that the vehicles are insured with appropriate insurance coverage and keeps record of it
  •  Ensure that the fixed asset inventroy has been done regularly and ensure the regular maintenance of office equipment and vehicles;
  • Manage the motor pool in an organized manner


  • Provides HR management and property administration report monthly to the general manager
  • Prepare quarterly, biannual and annual reports
  • Provide inventory report every quarter


Qualifications & experiences:                                         

  • Post graduate qualification in human Resources Management or BA degree in Human Resources Management or Management or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years work experience in Human Resources and property administration
  • A minimum of 3 years experence in Manageral and /or supervisor responsibility

  • In-depth knowledge and expereinces of HR management and property management
  • Knowledge on and proven experences in modern performance management system and familiarity with performance based employees evaluation (appraisal and planning) system
  • Computer skills (MS word, MS Excel, Power point, e-mail)
  • Fluency in English


Duty station:-Addis Ababa with regular travel to the field site.
