Experience in teaching French as a foreign language
Advanced proficiency in spoken & written English
Relevant experience with children aged 11-18 years old
Experience with the Cambridge international examinations curriculum will be highly regarded
Computer literate.

4. Basic Responsibilities:

Teach up to 20 periods per week as allocated by the secondary principal
Use a full range of teaching and assessment techniques that target indentified needs/abilities
Ensure that all aspects of the curriculum are covered and that students are well prepared for the Cambridge international examinations
Effectively manage the learning environment
Develop a class environment that supports each student holistically
Communicate with students, parents and collegues in a professional and engaging manner

5. Other Requirements:

Attend staff meetings as scheduled
Supervision of students during non-class times as scheduled
Other duties as required

6. Terms of Employment:-11 month contract

7. Place of work:-Bingham Academy – Addis Ababa

8. Salary:-As per the organization scale
