Job Position:Executive Assistant to the president & Board Secretary

Essential Functions

  • Under the direction of the president, provides executive support to the president in planning, directing coordinating, supervising and following –up of the Bank;
  • Advises the president in formulating policies, procedures, guidelines and directives;
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the office of the president;
  • Organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relationship efforts;
  • Attends to government officials, corporate customers, international correspondent bank officials, and foreign guests and staff members
  • Plans, directs, coordinates and controls the overall activities of the office of the president;
  • Assists the president in organizing, directing and administering the Bank;
  • Provides assistance in the formulation of policies, guidelines and statements affecting the operation of the Bank;
  • Assists the president in preparation and submission to the Board internal policies and procedures, work programs and budgets of the bank and follows –up implementation upon approval;
  • Ensures the president’s schedule is followed and respected;
  • Reviews reports emanating from departments and service units of the Bank and prepares synopsis for the president’s review and decisions;
  • Attends to matters related to government offices, correspondent banks, corporate customers, staff and foreign guest;
  • Communicate directly, and on behalf of the president, with board members and others, on matters related to the president’s programmatic initiatives;
  • Researches, prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the president, including those sensitive or confidential nature;
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Competencies required

  • Extensive knowledge of baking operation, national and international banking and financial management practices and procedures
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office tools (outlook, word, Excel and power point)

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skill that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details;
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationship with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners.
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills;
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem –solving with strong decision –making capability;
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information, be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response;
  • Forward looking thinks, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.

Job Requirements

MA or BA degree in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Economic Development, Development Management or related fields with 9 years of experience in banking or related field; 3 of which at a senior position.

Job Position: Manager, Women Affairs Division

Essential Functions     

  • Prepare operational plan and report for the department;
  • Supervise women financing activities of the bank with the director and other concerned organs;
  • Manage women customers relationship with the bank through regular contact and on site businesses visits;
  • Assist in mobilization of savings to raise the required liquidity for women financing and establishing savings collateral pull for credit guarantee;
  • Assist the director to ascertain women in business and /or those starting new business get the support they deserve;
  • Participate in the innovation of products and services that caters the needs of women and their business;
  • Undertake comprehensive gender analysis to identify demand for credit and ensure that women are actual beneficiaries of Enat bank products and that their fair share is maintained
  • Collaborate with director, internal and external organs to organize capacity building and skill training to enhance women entrepreneurship;
  • Performs other related duties as required

Job Requirements

BA degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development or related fields with 8 years of direct experience or MA degree in the same fields with 6 years of direct experience in programs that focused on women economic empowerment.

Job position: Manager, Marketing and communication Division

Essential Functions    

  • Work in consult with the Marketing and Communications Team to align appropriate marketing activities with Bank’s growth objectives,
  • Manage, marketing communications activities to ensure successful outcomes, timely completion and budget goals,
  • Assist leadership team with developing marketing programs to promote brands awareness and to stand out in the competition
  • Manage specified customer relations ship activities,
  • Manage/Support internal and external communications notably in meeting, events and in uploading of news articles on the web site,
  • Supports in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Performs other related duties as required

Job Requirements

BA Degree in business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Management with 7 years of experience in planning, Monitoring & Evaluation or MA in the same fields with 5 years of experience in planning, monitoring and evaluation.
