Bidders should present a copy of VAT registration certificate, renewed trade license, TIN certificate and related license with their offer. National bidders should present the original document whenever the procuring entity requests for verification.
Sealed bid containing original and copy’s of technical and financial proposal should be summated as follows;
-technical document: original and copy technical document should be sealed in separate envelope and marked the “original financial proposal” and “copy of technical proposal”
- financial document: original and copy of financial document should be sealed in separate envelope and marked “original technical proposal” and “copy of finance proposal”
All technical document should be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopia birr on each bid as started the above table payable on demand, in the form of CPO or bank grantee (issued by bank registered in Ethiopian)
Bids should be submitted to: Ethiopian air port enterprise, purchasing the teams on or before March 03 2016 at 10:00 AM and march 24 2016 at 10:00 AM respectively. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
Technical document will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their respective how choose to attend, at EAE new building headquarter conference hall on march 03,2016 at 11:00 AM and march 24,2016 at 11:00 respectively.
Bidders are instructed to fill, sign and seal all forms of the bid document.
