Tender Detail:
- The H/P/R state housing development and government construction Agency on behalf of H/P/R state culture heritage and tourism bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractor of category BC/GC 6 and above for construction of digital library which is 16*23qc.mt.G+1 reinforced concrete building.
- Bidding will be conducted through the national competitive bidding (NCB) method and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries and defined in the bidding document
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from H/P/R state housing development and government construction Agency office and inspect the bidding document at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM working days.
- Qualification requirement include.
- VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority
- A valid tax clearance certificate issued by tax authority
- Renewed trade license for 2008 issued by MoUDC
- A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 300 ETB. The method of payment will be in cash [the bidding document will be sent by hand.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 9:00 AM on 22nd days of newspaper advertisement [Late bids will be rejected]
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 9:30 AM on the last bid submission date.
- All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of bid price in an unconditional bank Guaranty /CPO or certified check or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
- The H/P/R state housing development and government construction Agency reserves the right to reject any bid and to annual the bidding process and reject all bid any time prior to contract award, with out thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
