1.The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) would like to invite all eligible biddersforthe Supply and delivery of Stationery Materials, Desktop Computers &Accessories, Laptop Computers and ICT Materials for budget year of 2009 EC.

2.Interested andeligible bidders who have renewed their trade license for the year2015/2016 and VAT registered can collect Biddingdocument during workingdays and hours from Ethiopian Red Cross Society Procurement Division locatedaround Saris AdeyAbeba Yarn Factory by paying non-refundable Birr 100.00(hundred Birr).

3.Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the biddingdocumentsduring working days and hours from Ethiopian Red Cross SocietyLogistics Compound, Procurement Division First Floor office no.5.

4.Bidding willbe conducted in accordance with the open National CompetitiveBidding procedures contained in the Procurement Manual of Ethiopian RedCross Society.

5.Bids mustbe delivered to the above address, on or before at 2:00 PM , onWednesday, November 02, 2016 and must be accompanied by a bid securityof 2% (two percent) of the total bid price in the form of certified check or

unconditional bank guarantee from a domestic reputable Bank.

6.Bid willbe opened in the presence of bidders or bidders’ representative whochoose to attend on November 02, 2016 at 2:30PM, at ERCS Logistics CompoundProcurement Division, First Floor Office No.5/12 .

7.The Supplyof goods shall be completed within a maximum of 10(Ten) calendardays (a Week) starting from the date of Notification of award or signing of theagreement.

8.The EthiopianRed Cross Society reserves the right to reject any bid and to annulthe bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, withoutthereby incurring any liability to bidders.
