The Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations (AACCSA) invites eligible consultancy firms for the revision of the Procurement and Property Administration Manualas further described in the Technical Specification found in the Bid document.
The conditions of the bid are the following.
1.Bid Document can be collected from AACCSA’s office located in Addis Ababa - Ethiopia, Kirkos Sub-city, Kebele 10, Mexico Square, Chamber of Commerce Building, First Floor, Room No. 10.
2.Bidders should submit their technical and financial proposals in two separate sealed and stamped envelopes.
3.Bidders shall present a renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, tax clearance and Tax Payer Identification Certificate with their bid.
4.Bids must be submitted to the address indicated under no. 1 above on or before November 22, 2016, 2:00 PM local time.

6.Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on November 22, 2016, 2:30 PM local time, at AACCSA’s physical address indicated above, at Board meeting Room.

8.AACCSA has all the right to cancel all or part of this bid.
