Bidder must submit valid trade license renewed for 2008/2009 Ethiopian calendar and VAT registered certificate.
All Bids must be submitted in waxsealed and stamped envelopes on or before January 18, 2017 5:00 PM and would be addressed and marked as follows.

Bidders must submit technical and financial offers in two copies separately to Messebo head office in Mekelle.
Bids will be closed on January 18, 2017 5:00 PM during office hours and will be opened on January 19, 2017 at 3:00 PM (European time) in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the above mentioned office.
Bid must be accompanied by bid guarantee 2% of the total price in the form of C.P.O. or bank guarantee.
All bids that come after opening date of the tender will be rejected immediately.
Messebo Cement Factory Plc reserves the right to reject the bid completely or partially.
