Meta Abo Brewery S.C. invites interested bidders for the Provision ofVISA APPLICATION AND IMMIGRATION SERVICE for its Staffs.
- • Bidders shall submit Technical and Financial document in separate sealed envelope. o Part one:- Technical Bid Document ( unpriced ) and, o Part two:- Financial Bid Document ( Priced )
- • Meta requests to be submitted a valid (renewed) Business License, Business Registration Certificate, VAT and TIN Licenses with bid documents. • The Service providers should have submit documents that shows their experience in relation to the service in the Government, Corporation and Private Institutions with tender document.
- • Bidders can freely obtained the tender document from Meta, at the procumbent office ( Sebeta)on/any working days (Monday to Friday) between 9:00 AM- 4:00PM hours. And also request through email address, Ephrem.Feleke@diageo.com and Solomon.bekele@diageo.com
- • Bidders submit sealed envelope containing two separate sealed envelopes inside, one for Technical Bid (Unpriced) and the other one for Financial Bid (Priced). And also on the top of the outer envelope, suppliers should clearly write “Tender for providing Visa Application and Immigration Service for Meta Abo Brewery S.Co and at the bottom left on the envelope the Name and Address of the Tenderer should be written.
- • Bid will be remaining open till Feb. 15, 2017 and closed in the same day at 10:00 AM.
- • Bid Opening date will be Feb. 15, 2017 at 11:00 AM, Sebeta office Addis Ababa. • Meta Abo Brewery S.C has a right to reject any or all of the tenders without assigning any reasons.
