1. This is to solicit expression of interest from interested competitors having relevant experience in the field of providing cleaning services for our Company.

3. All bidders should provide valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the Bidder is engaged, VAT registration certificate, Valid Tax clearance certificate and relevant professional practice certificates.
4. The bid remains floating for 15 consecutive calendar days and shall be closed on February 20, 2017 at 2:00 PM and will be opened on the same date at 2:30 PM at Ethiopian-Re office. Bids presented by any supplier after the closing date and time shall not be accepted.
5. Sealed bids must be marked as “for undertaking cleaning activities for Ethiopian Reinsurance Share Company” original and copy of Technical and Financial proposals in a separate wax-sealed envelopes and must be delivered to the address specified above and placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before February 20, 2017 at 2:00 PM.
6. Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security amounting to 2% in the form of CPO.
7. Failure to submit a Bid containing all the required information and documentation within the deadline specified lead to the rejection of the Bid.
