1. A complete set of bid documents with tent design can be obtained from the following addresses during working hours starting from 23March, 2017.

2. Bidders MUST provide valid business licenses, copy of TIN and Vat registration certificate.

3. Bidders are required to sign tender declaration and should be presented along with the bid proposal.

4. Bidders should submit their offer with separate sealed and stamped envelope (technical & financial ) and submit to concern world wide- Ethiopia country office on or before 6 Aprill 2017 at 10:00 A.M

5. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at Concern Worldwide- Ethiopia country officeon the above stated opening date at 10:30 A.M.

6. If further clarification is required, bidders can contact our Logistics unit with the above or any clarification

7. Failure to comply any of the condition from (2 & 3) above shall result in automatic rejection

8. Concern is not bound to accept late or incomplete offer

9. Concern worldwide reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids
