Title:- Business Development Manager

Duty Station:- Addis Ababa

Job summary:

The Business Development manager is for the development and management of new business opportunities in achieving sustainable sales, product portifolio, SKU, profitability and cost reduction strategies through different locally available strategic in put and partners.

Main duties and Responsibilities

Evaluating new market entry opportunities (for export, backward integration, SKU and expansion) for the company, preparing business cases, financial models and plans to be presented to the senior management team for discussion and vetting
Determining the overall direction of new business opportunities, creating virtual teams across departments or the company, ensuring that projects fall within the strategic direction of the company and balancing short and long term goals;
Developing deal-making processes and documentation to enable high speed closure of new deals in a consistently high quality manner
Ensuring business relationships comply with all regulatory and legal requirements

Required Qualifications and Experiences

BA degree in Marketing Management/Business Administration or related fields; graduate level qualification is advantageous; and /or specialization in marketing or business development;
6 + years earnest business development, sales and marketing experience
