Adult /ART/ chronic care and support advisor |
Responsible in assisting the overall coordination of adult chronic care, support and treatment service of HIV/AIDS Coordinate and participate in clinical mentorship services Assist in adopting, developing, collection printing job aids related to chronic care, support and treatment service, including standard operating procedures, training materials, monitoring and evaluation tools, and patient education materials etc Participate in the preparation of annual chronic care, support and treatment service of project operational action plan to CDC Coordinates and facilitates internal referral linkages to assure integration of VCT, PMTCT, TB/HIV, STI and other health services with ART program to normalize and accelerate the services |
MD with MPH with one (1) year experience, or MD with 4 years experience on HIV/AIDS care delivery and program management |

Duration of contract:
- For vacancy No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 up to September 2016 with possible extension depend on performance.
- For Vacancy No. 6 for 11 month with possible extension depend on performance
- For vacancy No. 7 and 8 for one year with possible extension depend on performance
- Additional Benefits : For CDC funded position 31% of their salary additional benefit package
