Qualification & Experience:-B.A /BSc Degree in Accounting, Management information system, Economics, Management or related disciplines plus minimum of 7 years of related work experience, desirably in banking area.

Job Summary

Designs banking product (guides the features and direction of a given product from a high level perspective)
Designs the functional behavior of the system as well as designs and documents the logical components of the system and creates functional specifications
Drives prioritization of new capability development leading to refinement of short term and long term capability roadmap
Works with the business process transformation solution staff to ensure alignment of overall priorities to optimize business needs and return on investment
Collaborates with he concerned teams to ensure alignment of priorities across all routes to market and business units and cross domain interdependencies
Provides integrated information to the right people in the right way as the foundation for decision making and aligned action
Collaborates with other operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of significant complexity, and understand business /channel partner impact
Leads efforts to utilize standard project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches
Leads or contributes to process /program development and strategy development on a global and /or bank wide level.
