2. Job Description: Directs and manages all functions of the IT & MIS department, responsible for management of projects development and implementation, recommends executives regarding ICT policy and procedures, oversees and coordinates all ICT initiatives /projects

3. Education/Training requirements: MSc or BSc degree in computer science, information Technology or Information systems or Business information system or related fields with professional certificate on Enterprise information system implementation and administration.

4. Work experience: 5 years for MSC or 8 years for BSC of practical experience in network and system development, system deployment and administration, of which 3 or more years of experience in enterprise ICT infrastructure and services management, at least 2 (two) years of experience at managerial position

5. Knowledge /skills/ability: Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, team leadership and supervisory skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.

6. Language: Fluency in Afaan Oromo and English (both Verbal and writing skills) is required

7. Employment type : Full time permanent

8. Location: Wasasa head office; Oromia, Alemgena

9. Salary : As per the salary scale of the company
