First degree must in library science, information sciences, computer sciences and their CGPA 3.00 and above

Working experience in library and information environment as a leader, system administrator or other role

Special skill in library management software (such as koha and other)

Special skill in digital library software (such as space, greenstone e-print etc…)

Certificate in MYSQL,SQK2008 SERVER, ORACLES OR any DBMS
