Menschenfuer Menschen Foundation wishes to invite applicants for Agro-Technical & Technology College (ATTC) in Harar with the following qualification and experience:

Position: LECTURERS

Number required: Two Lecturers in communication Engineering or Micro Electronics

One Lecturer in power Engineering

Three Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering

Qualifications:

MSc. In communication Engineering or Micro Electronics
MSc. In power Engineering
MSc. In Mechanical Engineering (Specialization on Thermal or Mechanical Design or Manufacturing Engineering)

Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years and above teaching experience at equivalent higher learning institutions (College /University) and can provide clearance

Main duties & Responsibilities of Lecturers:

Conducts lecturers and training sessions according to the respective detailed curricular requirements and contents of the college.
Prepares detailed lesion plans and develop up to the standard teaching materials for the courses he/she offers
Evaluates students’ courses based academic performances (through making use of both summative and formative didactic evaluation methods)
Fully commits himself/herself to engage in other curricular or extracurricular assignments given by the college as deemed necessary

Language: A good command of spoken & written English

Salary: Negotiable

Terms of Employment: Yearly renewable contract
