Pro pride, with the financial support of USAID has initiated a multiyear project entitled “improving reading, defining childhood dreams”. The overall goal of the project is to contribute towards the national goal of improving reading competencies among children in early grades in Ethiopian schools.

To achieve the envisaged goals, pro pride would like to hire qualified and competent person for the project coordinator position. The coordinator is responsible for the overall management as well as smooth and effective implementation of the project.

Job title:-project coordinator

Duty station: Addis abeba, with regular travel to the project sites

Employment type and duration: project based 1 year and 5 months.

Salary: as per scale of the organization

Reports to: program director

Education qualification and experience

ü BA degree in the field of education (language, curriculum, educational planning and management related fields) and minimum of five years related work experience preferably in the NGO sector.

ü MA degree in the fields of education (language, curriculum, educational planning and management related fields) and minimum of five years related work experience preferably in the NGO sector.

ü Knowledge of USAID funded projects is highly advantageous
