Education: B.A. Degree in Management/ related field

Experience: 2 years of experience in human resource management

Competency:

- Good knowledge of principles and practices of human resources management

- Good knowledge of human resource policies and procedures of the Bank;

- Ability to communicate orally and in writing

- Ability to coordinate activities and maintain harmonious human relations

- Basic computer application skills
