8 years, for MSc, experience as project Engineer, site engineer, site supervisor or project manager in recognized construction Enterprise.
10 years for BSc
Experience in construction and supervisor of mult-story buildings
Team working ability
Who present a letter of good performance as a project engineering / manager from recognizd private or governmental construction agency the letter shall explain type of building, project cost, project status etc.
Professional license
Strong computer (engineering) software application skill

Position Description

The position holders will manag, supervise, monitor and evaluate the construction project based on the design and specification the engineer shall be responsible in guiding and following up all the building construction works at different level.

Key tasks

Manage the construction project activities
Oversees building works
Request to supply all necessary materials for building and check the quality those ordered to supply
Organize all facilities required
Ensures the construction of the building as per the agreed specification, budget and time line.
Checking and preparing site reports, including designs and drawings.
Do different measurements so as to prepare payment certificate
Provides technical advice to building constructor and other office staff about the construction
