TANA DRILLING AND INDUSTRIES PLC (TDI), a grade 1 drilling company is expanding its line of business in to the production of plastic pipes by establishing high density polyethylene (HDPE) and unplasticised polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) pipes and fittings factory in the Akaki –kaliti industrial area of Addis Ababa. TDI is looking for experienced candidate for the following positions for plastic pipes manufacturing plant.

S.N	Position	Qualification	Relevant work experience
1	Human resource department manager	MA/BA from recognized university with 10 and 12 years of service in which 4 years in managerial position	Under the general supervision of the factory manager, plans, organizes, directs and control all administration activities including personnel, medical and general services, ensures conformance with the appropriate laws, collective agreements and direction of th management and the advisory board in all administrative functions; assumes responsibility for harmonies labor relations; represents the company at legal proceedings, negotiations and other forums regarding administration; proposes measures to enhance good labor relations, management of personnel and other administrative matters
