Selam Bus Line S.C. invites interested and eligible bidders for the development of existing

Ticketing system Software to a new scalable and Robust system software

  • Bidders shall present their copy valid and renewed business license, TIN/VAT registration for 2007 E.C. to be eligible to buy the bid document
  • All bidders must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total  proposed amount in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee
  • Interested bidders can obtain the bid document from our office, the address specified below upon payment of non-returanble of 100 birr after 5 days of the date of issuance of the bid
  • Bidders are required to submit written testimonials for the development of Ticketing system software together with contact details
  • Bidders need to present submit their financial and Technical proposal independently with sealed envelope
  • Bid documents shall be submitted to Finance Department office number 26 to a dedicated tender box during the above indicated dates and working hours 2:30-6:30 AM  in the morning and 7:30-11:30 PM afternoon Monday to Friday.
  • Bid shall be submitted starting from February 20, 2016 to March 7, 2016
  • Bid closing date will be the last day specified above in the morning working hours only. Bid which will come afternoon will not be accepted
  • Bid opening shall be held on March 7, 2016 7:30 PM afternoon in the presence of bidders and legal representatives
  • Failure to comply any of the above condition shall result in automatic rejection.
  • Selam Bus Line Share Company reserves the right to accept to reject the bid either particularly or fully as found appropriate
