International Rescue Committee (IRC) – Ethiopia program has been working in Ethiopia sicne 1999 and is implementing integrated community – managed programs aimed at improving the quality of lives and recovery of livelihoods of disaster-affected populations through promoting individual participation, strengthening institutions and emergency response.

IRC Ethiopia program has been operating in Benishangule, Tigray, SNNPR, Somali and Oromiya regions on refugee assistance and livelihood. Currently, the IRC has received funds from various donors toward water, sanitation and Hygiene projects and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the procurement of elecromechanical equipment and Hotel services.

Therefore, IRC Ethiopia program would like to invite all qualified and eligible bidders to collect bidding documents and submit bid proposals as per the following instructions

* A complete set of bidding document will be available starting from the date this bid notice appeared on the newspaper. Bidders can collect the bidding document from the address below during work hours from Monday through Friday 9:00 -12:00 am and 2:00 -4:30Pm

Bidders can compete for partial or 100% of the line items in a lot.
Bidders should submit copies of renewed business license, VAT registration certificate and TIN and should pay ETB 100.00 (non refundable fee) and fill a registration form to obtain the bidding document
Bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 1% of the total bid price in the form of a CPO or Bank Guarantee separately for each Lot.

Bid Submission Deadline

Bids must be delivered at the address below no later than 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday the 15^th of March 2016 in case this date falls on a holyday, the following business day will be the deadline for bid submission
