Any foreign company is obliged to delegate a local agent. An agent should have a power of attorney and should present renewed trade license, Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate and TIN
Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid value in the form of cash, CPO or unconditional bank guarantee. Bid security issue by foreign banks shall be counter –guranteed by an Ethiopian bank
Sealed Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00 AM May 11,2016. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend at the address below on May 11, 2016 at 10:30 A.M in the management meeting hall.
