Requirements

WVE solicits sealed bids from professional and experienced firms /agencies for the provision of customs clearance services at airports and sea ports of entry and forwarding delivery of shipments from those ports to WVE’s designated place of final destination when required.
The firms /agencies should have proven professional experience in conducting of similar function in recognized firms. In particular, the firm should have an extensive experience of custom clearing, forwarding and delivery of shipments
The firms /agencies should have a minimum of 5 years work experience for the provision of customs clearance services at airports and sea ports of entry and forwarding delivery of shipments from those ports to WVE’s designated place of final destination when required
The company should provide renewed business license, TIN, VAT, and Business registrations certificates that have all been renewed ad valid license for the current fiscal year, testimonials and other authorized documents

Each interested company should submit its sealed technical (one copy and one original) proposals in two separate envelopes. The document must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for this purpose from 11:00AM to 12:00PM (5:00-6:00 local time) not later than 12:30 PM (6:00 local time) on April 14, 2016, Bid will be opened on April 14, 2016 at 03:00 PM by procurement committee.

Qualified firms /agencies will be considered based on their responsiveness to the requirements evaluation results. Finally the qualified services provider will be contact through the firm address to carry out the service.

WVE reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bids at any time without assigning any reason or reasons what so ever.
