* Delivery of items indicated shall be at Hawassa, Mekele, Bahir Dar and Addis Ababa Pathfinder Offices at equal proportion. Thus, Bidders are encouraged to indicate their offer accordingly in view of this delivery plan.

All interested suppliers who fulfill the below listed minimum criteria are invited to submit a formal detailed bids.

Copy of Renewed Business license for the year 2008 E.C.
Copy of VAT & Taxpayer Registration certificate (TIN)
Deposit 2% CPO of the bid amount in the name of pathfinder international as bid security
Validity date for the price offer should not be less than one month time after opening of the bid
Pathfinder will not make any advance payment other than a final payment on complete delivery
Supplier’s offer should be as per given specification on the list and proposed delivery date should be indicated in the offer.

Detailed information and required specification of each item for this bid can be collected from Monday August 1, 2016 to Friday August 12, 2016 during office hour from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM in the morning and from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM in the afternoon.

Bids must be submitted to the above address on or before Monday August 15, 2016 on or before 2:00 PM in the afternoon. Bid will be opened on same date, August 15, 2016 in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at 3^rd floor of Pathfinder’s conference hall, room No. 304 at 2:30 PM in the afternoon.

Bidders are requested to fulfill all the necessary conditions clearly indicated in the bid document. Pathfinder reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
