- The Federal HIV/AIDS prevention and control office (FHAPCO) has planned to conduct know your epidemic /know your response studies in four Regions and Two city Administrations. Therefore we invite sealed bids from eligible bidders who provide technical assistance to the regions in the process of the assignment
- Bidding will be conducted through the national competitive bidding procedures specified in the Government procurement Guidelines. Bidders should provide copies of relevant and valid trade license; Tax clearance certificate; supplier list certificate as well as VAT registration certificate.

- Late bids will be rejected and the purchaser reserves the right to reject the bid in full or partially
- Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders /representatives who choose to attend at the above address at conference room on 12th September 2016 at 10:30 A.M (morning)
