Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the federal government of Ethiopia. Interested bidders should fulfill the following requirements:

Renewed trade license for the year 2008 E.C on construction works
Supplier list registration certificate from ministry of finance and economic development.
VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority.
Tax player registration certificate issued by the tax authority.
Renewed certificate of competency for the years 2008 E.C

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the principle investigator of the project Addis abeba science and technology university (AASTU) or from the office of vice president for research and technology transfer the address below during working days from 8:00 a.m.-12:00a.m and 1:00 p.m-5:00 p.m from Monday to Friday.
A complete set of bidding document in English language may be pun chased by interested bidders on the submission on of written application to the address below and up on payment of anon-refundable fee of Ethiopia birr 200.00 birr(two hundred birr)
Bidders should have to provide one original technical and financial document in separate envelopes and each one copy of technical and financial document should have to be providing in separate envelopes too.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before march 7, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids shall be rejected.
All bids must be a complied by bids security of Ethiopian birr 35,000.00 ETB in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or C.P.O.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or bidders representative who choose to attend in person at the hall in addis abeba science and technology university (AASTU) on march 7, 2016 at 2:30 pm.
