SAVE THE CHILDREN,the world’s leading independent non-profitorganization for children intends to establish framework agreements (1year) for the provision of Stationery supplies and here by invites potentialservice providers to submit a sealed tender for these services.
Potential service providers may obtain the tender documents againstpayment of a non-refundable amount of ETB 100 from the SCI Countryoffice from October 19, 2016 to November 9, 2016 during working hours.
Tenders submitted must be accompanied with:
•Renewed business license for the year 2009 E.C.VAT | TINregistration certificate;
•Bid Security in the name of “Save the Children International”amounting to ETB 10,000 in the form of CPO or bank guaranteevalid at least for 2 months from the date of tender submission.

•Evidence of past performance record on similar works and otherrelevant credentials
•Completely filled SCI Price Schedule

•Terms and Conditions:
Price validity – minimum one (1) year
Credit facility;payment 100 % after delivery; within 21days of receipt of services
Delivery place – SCI Office, AddisAbaba
Delivery period – within 2-5 working days
Tendersmust be submitted in two (2) wax-sealed envelopes, bearing thebidder’s official seal, and clearly marked “Original” and “Copy”, and mustinclude the bidders’ name, and contact address, as well as the Tender titleand Tender Reference number.
Tenders must be submitted in the bid box prepared for this purpose at Save the Children, Ethiopia Country on November 14, 2016 before 2:00P.M.Bids will be opened on the same at 2:30 P.M. by the SCI Committeein the presence of bidders’ representatives who may choose to attend.
