The IRC has been working in Ethiopia in six regions including the Somali Region, where it is implementing multi-sectorial interventions; including Water, Sanitation and Hygiene(WASH) for conflict and drought affected pastoralist communities in the region.
IRC invites a sealed bid for the supply of different kind’s Submersible pumps and Generator
sets. More specification is can be found in the bid document
The complete set of bidding documents in English for the aforementioned Supplies can be
purchased from IRC AA office during working hours from October 31,2016 ~ November
16,2016at the address mentioned bellow upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB
100 (Ethiopian Birr One Hundred only).
The method of payment will be in cash and the prospective bidder shall present company’s name, copy of the license including TIN: VAT certificate and sign to acknowledge receipt of the bid documents Two copies of the Bid in separate envelopes marked ‘Original’’ and ‘Copy should be submitted in sealed covered envelope at the office of the International Rescue Committee not later than November 16, 2016 at 10:00 am.

All Bids should include the aforementioned Bid Documents and be accompanied by the firm profile, past performance record on similar works and other relevant credentials, as well as a bid security in the form of a CPO for 1% (One Percent) of the bid amount including VAT Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at10:30 am November 16, 2016at the conference Hall of IRC- Ethiopia, Addis Ababa Office.
