ASER Construction P.L.C is seeking a qualified and competent consulting firm for the development of the Company’s Strategic plan the 2009-2013 EFY, developing the company’s profile and five independent Department manuals and policies for respective department. (Finance, Procurement & Supply Maintenance, Equipment Administraion, Construction and Engineering).

Interested bidders can collect the Terms of Refrnce (TOR) within ten working days as of February 16,2016; from ASER Construction bidders can collect the Terms of Reference (TOR) within ten working days as of February 16,2016; from ASER Construction PLC Head office and submit their technical and financial proposals to the same office and submit their technical and financial proposals to the same office before March 01, 2016.

NB: Bidders can apply for the whole or individual projects.

Interested applicants are expected to pay 100 birr to procure the Terms of Reference during registration!!
ASER construction has the authority to partly or wholly cancel the bid!!!
