1. Abay Bank S.C. invites all interested bidders to participate this Local competitive bid for ATM Cover framework Design and framework production Bid.

2. The bid document shall be obtained commencing February 16, 2017 from Procurement Division, cited at Abay Bank S.C, Facility & Procurement Directorate, Around Bambis Zequal Building against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One hundred birr only) during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00- 12:00 am, 1:00 - 5:00 p.m and Saturday 8:00-12:00 am).

3. Presentation copy of renewed trade license, Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate is a mandatory.

4. Tenders must be supported with 2% security bond of the total quoted bid value (Re-fundable) in shape of CPO or Bank Guarantee in favor of Abay Bank S.C,.

5. All bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Procurement Division, cited at Abay Bank S.C, Facility & Procurement Directorate during office hours before March 22, 2017 at 6:00 Local Time.

6. Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and / or their legal agents who wish to attend on March 22, 2016 at 8:00 Local Time in the above mentioned address.
