International Fund for Africa (IFA) is an international non-profit organization which is registered as foreign charity (NGO) in Ethiopia.IFA is involved in human (i.e. Nutrition, Newborn Savings, Rural Development, Medical Research and Capacity Building) and animal health care-related activities in Ethiopia. The charity wants itsbooks of accounts for the year ended 31st December, 2016 to be audited. Hence, invites you all eligible audit firms to submit sealed bid for your service.

1. Commercial Registration Certificate

2. Business License (Renewed for 2009(E.C.) and also avails any record of up to date payments of tax

3. VAT registration certificate (if applicable) and Tax Identification Certificate (TIN)

4. Certificate of Competence by relevant authorizing body

5. Work Experience and related evidences

6. Company profile including key personnel , with list of audit experience in similar NGO

7. Approval by the Accounting and Auditing Bored of Ethiopia

8. Technical and financial proposal including overall audit work duration Interested audit firms who fulfill the above requirementsmust submit quotation and their original and one copy of all relevant documentations in sealed envelope within 5 consecutive working days from the date of this announcement to the following address.
