1. ASER Construction P.L.C invites all interested and eligible bidders for training and consulting the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS).

2. A bid document with its deliverables can be obtained against payment of non returnable fee of birr 115.00 /one hudred fifteen birr/ from company’s procurement department at the address given below

3. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 10% of the total offer in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee. Bid documents shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes labled”original and copy both for technical and financial proposals offers starting”from Monday, march 27-2017 Friday march 31-2009 from 8:00Am to 5:00 PM working days.

4. The bid bond / Grarantee/ will sealed in separate envelop amd ,arked bid bond.

5. The closing date is Friday, March 31, 2017 at 10:00 Am and the bid will be bidders or their legal representatives

6. ASER construction Pvt, Lid Co shall reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
