I. Job Title:– Job title: Site foreman /site Engineers
1. Number of position ….. Eight (8)
2. Major responsibility
- Overse block (s) construction in school
- Inspect and supervise construction quality (workmanship, mix ratio, water application during curing process…) Time, cost
- Take measurements for the purpose of certificate of measurement approval
- Write reports to the project coordinators
- Initiate (remind) timely procurement for own force projects
- Continuously update project information /data
- Other relevant duties as directed by the project coordinators program manager
3. Qualifications:– 10 + 3 Technical Diploma or BSC in civil engineering construction management & Technology
4. Work experience:– practical experience of 3 years for diploma & 0 years for degree in the subject area /fields
5. Type of employment:– six (6) months contract
6. Basic salary:– 4,000.00
7. Place of work:– North shoa zone, wachale & jida woreda
N.B.
A) Written & oral communication skills in Afaan Oromo, Amharic & English is very important
